ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL REVIEW PROCESS

To preserve the architectural and aesthetic appearance of Foster Estates, as well as to protect and promote real estate value for all homeowners, all exterior improvements and/or changes (except for minor landscaping) to homes are subject to the restrictions set forth in Foster Estates covenants.

Therefore, any proposed exterior improvements/changes to your home, except for minor landscaping, must receive prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
